So from this day forward I pledge to be kinder to my body

Knowing that if I do - it will be kind to me...


So I am eating more of less...

Breakfast -  egg yolks with a bit of garlic on a half of honeyed english muffin -

Apple

Lunch - BLT Salad - very refreshing change from all the HEAVY foods over the last two months -

Handful of - nuts

Out to go for a hike with the dog and SHOVEL snow
