Simply Delish

Lunch
1 small pc. of grilled chicken
1 smalled baked red skin potato
Sautee brocolinni with onions in a bit of olive oil, pepper and garlic
when tender place that mixture on top of the open baked potato
then layer with your favorite all natural salsa
sprinkle with Feta and serve...

There is NO MAGIC Weight loss wand....

The only way to weigh less is to 
Eat healthier, Eat less and 
move it more!! 
Yes I as much as the next person
wish it was magical and the weight would just fall off
but it doesn't happen over night 
it takes dedication, determination 
and a life time commitment!!
I have friends that are on a 
very scary DANGEROUS 
diet called
 HCG
its either drops or an injection of 
hormones that supposedly 
are
magic...
The magic my friends is in the 
ONLY eating 500 calories per day....
You are starving yourself 
and that is why your body is feeding on its 
fat store.... the good fats too....
that hormone may be real or not...
you have really NO IDEA what they are 
injecting you with... 
BEWARE
if it sounds to good to be true 
it probably is and its a very expensive plan
that could cost you your HEALTH!!

Fighting OsteoArthritis ...

With LOTS of moderate exercise

SEVERAL Fruits and Veggies at a time!!

to keep the chickens out of the flower gardens ;-)

 GREEN Nutella Smoothie...
2 cups of water
6 cups of spinach
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
2 cups of plain 0 fat organic yogurt
1 banana
2 tbls of Nutella
ENJOY!!!
Oh side note... 
If you accidentally swipe a strawberry thru Nutella....
OH MY.... 
Thats all I'm saying!!!

Tomato, Pesto, Motz,Tomato, Asparagas Stack Recipe...


SIMPLY... Healthy!!!

Stack... 
Tomato
Mozzarella
either fresh basil leaves or
Thin layer of Basil Pesto (home made is better)
Tomato
Asparagus
Tomato
Mozzarella
either fresh basil leaves or
Thin layer of Basil Pesto (home made is better)
Drizzle with aged balsamic vinaigrette
like pictured below

Eating Healthy is not always easy on the Road....

So back at it now that we are home!!
Dinner last night consisted of;
 Baked Redskin Potato covered with Salsa and a 
Sprinkling of non pasteurized cheese
with a side of 
SPINACH chips... 
Yes they are good - 
not as good as Kale chips 
but good just the same...
fixed the same way!
