Quick Easy HEALTHY


RED SKIN KALE MELT

Baked 2 Red Skin Potatos (small for me large for Bruce)
While baking I sautéed with a bit o olive oil
1 cup of Kale
1/2 cup of Onions
1/2 cup of Mushrooms
and a few bits of left over sirloin and seasonings of your choice
when onions and mushrooms were tender I 
put it on the baked potatoes 
then a bit of cheese -White Cheddar - 
As soon as cheese was melted it was lunch!!
YUMMINESS!!!
Another WINNER according to Hubby!!
