Refreshing Summer Hydrator -

Here is a recipe for a nice refreshing drink for you n baby - 
my cousin Gladah kept in on hand thru out her pregnancy and 
it helped with being gassy, heart burn etc!! 
 I tried it and loved it  - 
so its not just for pregnant ladies anymore
you can adjust it to your tastes- 
maybe basil instead of mint - 
let your creativity flow - 

1 Lemon sliced
1 Lime Sliced
1 Cucumber Sliced
Mint leaves
grated ginger - 
mixed with a gallon of water - 
let sit in refrige for 2-4 hours before drinking - 
its delish and so refreshing
