Shredded Apple Museli Crisp



                           

In a large bowl mix together
6 Shredded Apples
1tablespoon of cinnamon
1tablespoon of vanilla
Sprinkling of flour or leave out for GF
2 tablespoons of real maple syrup
2 tablespoons of local honey
2-3 cups of Bobs Red Mill Museli

Put in baking dish bake at 350 degs
For half hour
Serve hot or cold with a dollup of Stoneyfields Vanilla Yogurt
