I don't like powders n shakes!! Fad diets - beware they are NOT good for you

Everytime I see someone post another get skinny fad diet on Facebook
I cringe - I have to walk away -
I have actually had to hide some people so I am not tempted
to post "to the contrary" posts on their walls - 
Trust me I have tried them all - 
YES they work AT FIRST but in the end they do more damage than good 
and I promise you when you are done you will be worse for wear!

Eat clean, Eat healthy, keep moving - 
the only way to eat clean is by knowing what your food is  - 
an apple is an apple
a banana is a banana
kale is kale etc...

YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS IN MOST OF YOUR POWDERS- SUPPLEMENTS etc.
do the research make sure all the hype is what they say it is!

NO you will NOT lose weight quickly the right way but you will lose 
weight naturally and be a normal size - 
I see some of my friends posting all these pictures 
and they do NOT look healthy
they do infact look anorexic!!
