Sauté 1 lb ground pork with
A bit of olive oil
A bit of fennel
A smidgen of pumpkin pie spice
A healthy bunch of minced garlic
A bit of sea salt
And Maple Syrup
Till pork is fully cooked
Serve over a baked sweet potato
Drizzled with more maple syrup
Gluten free and Paelo Friendly
