So todays projects were fueled by;
St. Pattys Day GREEN SMOOTHIES
2 cups of Fresh Kale
4 cups of Fresh Spinach
1 cup of Blueberries
1 Cup of Strawberries
2 TBLS of Natural Peanut Butter
1 Cup of Almond Milk
1/2 Cup of Yogurt
1/2 Cup of Yogurt
1/2 cup of water
1 Banana
2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup -
SLURP....
SO GOOD n GOOD for you!!!
